Year-End appraisals, done right

It is time for the Year-End appraisals again. I as an (Agile) manager always hated them and this is why: - Appraisals in general do not work. - As a true Agile manager, you let the team organize itself as most as possible. What is the role of a good Agile manager?

It is a time where a lot of thought and writing is going on about how Agile teams could work best. And with results: beautiful frameworks, guidelines, best-practices… Whole books are written about it. My journey @ TransFollow comes to an end

Now that TransFollow is entering a new phase in its existence, I’ve decided to leave TransFollow and look for a new pioneering challenge. My journey started 5 years ago while I was working at Beurtvaartadres, the Dutch supplier of paper Transport documents, most notably the CMR document. After doing several (digital) projects and releasing several new products, the shareholders (EVO and TLN) asked us to build a solution to replace this paper (CMR) document with a digital one (the e-CMR). The CMR document is used for almost every national and cross-border transport and fits several governmental, legal and non-legal purposes. […]
